We charge an administration fee of £350 but only if you wish to use our services after we have given you an indication of the lender's terms. This fee is refundable should we be unable to obtain a satisfactory offer letter. Our success fee is usually 1.5% of the amount borrowed, however for prompt payment, our fee is reduced to 1%.

Please note that your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayment on a loan secured on your own home.

Raven Mann & Company Ltd guarantee that under our Terms of Business you will never pay us a success fee and not receive your money.
